When will I receive my first letter?
Subscribers typically receive their envelopes around the middle of each month. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local postal services.
How does billing work?
You’ll be automatically billed each month on the same date you originally subscribed. You can cancel anytime by managing your subscription.
What is the sign-up period?
The sign-up period for each month runs from the 1st through the last day of the month, or until our monthly envelopes sell out, whichever comes first. If you sign up anytime during this period, your first envelope will ship during the first week of the following month.
For example, if you sign up anytime between November 1–30, your first envelope will ship during the first week of December. All envelopes are mailed during the first week of each month.
What if I need to change my mailing address?
If you move or need to update your mailing address, no problem! Just fill out our Mailing Address Update Form, and we’ll make sure your future envelopes are sent to the right place. To ensure your next mailing arrives at your new address, please submit any changes before the last day of the month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime by clicking here.
Is this available internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide at no additional cost. Shipping is free!
Will I receive tracking information?
No, we do not provide tracking information in order to keep subscription costs low.
