Buying property in Portugal as a foreigner is an exciting opportunity but the process is unlike anything you may have experienced in your home country. This live two hour workshop walks you through the Portuguese real estate process from start to finish, drawing directly from our firsthand experience purchasing five properties and selling two in Portugal.
 
We cover the full process including how to find and evaluate properties, working with real estate agents, financing options for residents and non-residents, navigating the legal process, understanding contracts and promissory agreements, closing costs and taxes, and what to expect at every stage from your first offer to signing the final deed.
The workshop includes a live Q&A session where we open the floor to attendees. The full session including Q&A runs two hours.
 
Can't attend live? No problem. The workshop will be recorded and you will have access to the recording after the session.
